Refund Policy

Our collections are digital files delivered instantly after payment. Because a download can't be returned, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds for change of mind.

If a file won't open, is damaged, is missing from your order, or you were charged twice, write to us within 30 days of purchase. We'll send a working file or refund you in full.

Email support@voidandvector.net with the email address you used at checkout. We reply within two business days.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
