Privacy Policy

Void & Vector is operated by MLG Collective Inc., a company registered in Canada. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

We don't require an account. When you buy, we receive your name, email address and order details so we can deliver your files.

Card and Apple Pay details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number.

Your shopping cart is saved in your own browser so it's still there if you reload the page.

When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject and message in our support inbox so we can reply.

Only to process your payment, email your download links, and answer your questions. We don't sell your information or send marketing email without asking.

Stripe processes payments, and our hosting and email providers deliver the site and your order emails. Some of these services may store data outside Canada.

We advertise on Google. When you arrive from one of our ads, Google Ads cookies record that visit, and if you buy, we tell Google about the purchase: the order reference, amount and currency. We don't send your name or email address. Google uses this to measure our ads and decide where to show them.

Visitors in Canada, the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked first and can accept or reject. You can change your choice anytime with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Learn how Google uses this information at business.safety.google/privacy.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email support@voidandvector.net and we'll respond within 30 days. We keep order records as long as tax law requires.
